Our Warranty

Divara Jewellery offers a 12-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults in craftsmanship and workmanship.

What Is Covered

The warranty may cover:

Manufacturing faults
Craftsmanship defects
Setting-related issues caused by production faults
Structural issues caused by workmanship

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Damage caused by impact
Bent or misshaped jewellery caused by force
Damage from chemicals, perfumes or cleaning products
Loss or theft
Stone loss caused by impact or misuse
Damage caused by third-party resizing, repair or alteration
Scratches from everyday wear
Tarnishing or plating wear on silver or vermeil pieces
