Christmas 2026 Order-By Dates
The short answer: for delivery anywhere in Australia before Christmas 2026, approve a made-to-order piece by Wednesday 4 November. With priority crafting, approve it by Wednesday 25 November. Order a ready-to-ship piece by Monday 14 December. Each date aims for delivery by Wednesday 23 December, two days before Christmas.
When do I need to order for Christmas?

These dates allow for the longest end of each range. Many orders arrive sooner, but a proposal shouldn't depend on it.
What is priority crafting?
Priority crafting puts a made-to-order piece at the front of the workshop queue: about 2–3 weeks instead of 4–6, for A$250. It's available on eligible made-to-order pieces. Ask us when you order and we'll confirm whether your design qualifies before you pay.
I want a fully custom design. When should I start?
For a custom design, the crafting clock starts when you approve the final CAD, after your stone, metal and size are confirmed. Design conversations and revisions happen before that date, so start sooner than the deadline above. Read how custom works or book a free video consultation.
Which pieces are ready to ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces are already made in a fixed metal and stone, so they skip crafting. Browse ready-to-ship jewellery. Ready-to-ship rings show which sizes are in stock; other sizes are made to order. If a ready-to-ship piece sells out, it's crafted to order in 4–6 weeks, so check the product page says "Ready to ship" before relying on the 14 December date.
I've missed the date. What can I do?
Contact us before ordering with the date you need it by. We'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic before anything is made. A ready-to-ship piece is often the answer, and your first resize is free on eligible rings if the size isn't quite right.
Is delivery free, and do I need to sign?
Yes. Delivery is free and tracked anywhere in Australia, a signature is required, and every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging, which helps if it's a surprise. See shipping information and production timeframes.
