LAB-GROWN DIAMOND QUESTIONS

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same chemical composition, sparkle, hardness, and durability as natural diamonds. The main difference is that lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology, while natural diamonds are formed naturally within the earth.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are an excellent choice for engagement rings. They offer the beauty, brilliance, and durability of a diamond while usually providing better value than natural diamonds.
Lab-grown diamonds usually offer better value because customers can often choose a larger or higher-quality diamond for the same budget compared with a natural diamond. This makes them popular for engagement rings, earrings, tennis bracelets, pendants, and everyday fine jewellery.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are durable and suitable for everyday wear. Like natural diamonds, they are extremely hard and can last for generations when set properly and cared for correctly.
To the naked eye, lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds look the same when they have similar cut, colour, clarity, and carat quality. Specialised gemmological equipment is usually required to identify whether a diamond is lab-grown or natural.
Yes. IGI certification is mandatory for our diamonds above 1 CTW. This provides customers with clear details about the diamond’s carat weight, colour, clarity, cut, measurements, and grading information.
We offer popular diamond shapes including round brilliant, oval, emerald, cushion, radiant, pear, marquise, princess, asscher, heart, and other specialty cuts depending on availability and design suitability.

MOISSANITE QUESTIONS

Moissanite is a beautiful gemstone known for its strong sparkle, durability, and fire. It is not a diamond, but it is a popular diamond alternative for customers who want a brilliant and long-lasting stone at a more affordable price.
No. Moissanite is not a diamond. It is a different gemstone with its own unique beauty. It has a bright sparkle and strong durability, making it a popular choice for engagement rings, earrings, pendants, and everyday jewellery.

A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond created in a laboratory. Moissanite is a different gemstone that looks similar to a diamond but has more rainbow-like sparkle. Lab-grown diamonds are best for customers who want a real diamond, while moissanite is ideal for customers who want maximum sparkle at a more affordable price.

ORDERING AND DESIGN PROCESS QUESTIONS

The process usually starts with your design choice or custom request. We confirm your preferred stone, metal, size, budget, and design details. For custom pieces, we may provide design guidance, CAD approval, production updates, quality control, and delivery information before your jewellery is completed.
For selected custom designs, CAD approval may be provided before production. This allows customers to review the shape, proportions, setting, and design details before the jewellery is made.
Custom jewellery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the date the design is finalised. The timeline may vary depending on the design, stone availability, CAD approval, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery location.
Urgent orders may be possible depending on the design, stone availability, and production schedule. If you have a specific date, such as a proposal, wedding, anniversary, or event, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
