Divara Jewellery offers a free first resize for eligible rings where resizing is possible.

Eligibility

A ring may be eligible for resizing if the design allows it. Simple bands and many engagement rings can usually be resized, while some designs may have limitations.

Designs with Resizing Limitations

Some rings may not be suitable for resizing, including:

• Full eternity bands
• Heavily detailed bands
• Rings with stones around the full band
• Certain custom designs
• Some engraved or patterned bands

Recommended Policy Window

We recommend offering the free first resize within 30 days of delivery. The final eligibility period should be confirmed before publishing.

Shipping Costs

The website should clearly state whether the customer or Divara covers return shipping for resizing. This should be confirmed before the page goes live.
