Return & Exchange Policy
At Divara Jewellery, every piece is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch. This policy outlines your return, exchange, resizing, and warranty options — in addition to, and without limiting, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with any certificate or tag attached, along with proof of purchase.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the item received.
Custom, Made-to-Order, and Resized Items
Custom, made-to-order, and resized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but remain covered for genuine defects.
Resizing
Eligible ring styles (solid band construction) qualify for one complimentary resizing within 60 days of purchase. Some styles, including full eternity and heavily detailed or pavé-set bands, may not be suitable for resizing — please contact us to confirm before ordering if this is important to you.
Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. Every piece ships with the certificate or hallmark stated in its listing.
Authenticity
If you have concerns about the authenticity of your piece, we will arrange independent verification. If the claim is upheld we will cover the cost of verification; otherwise the cost is the customer's responsibility.
