We want your ring to feel comfortable and secure, which is why Divara Jewellery offers one free first resize on eligible rings within 60 days of purchase.

Free First Resize

Eligible rings qualify for one free first resize within 60 days of purchase. There is nothing to pay for the resizing work itself.

Please contact us before posting anything, so we can confirm your ring is eligible and send you the correct address.

Eligibility

Rings of solid band construction can usually be resized, which covers most solitaire designs and simple bands.

If you are unsure whether a particular design can be resized, ask us before you order. We would rather tell you honestly beforehand than have you find out afterwards.

Designs with Resizing Limitations

Some designs cannot be resized without compromising them. Full eternity bands, heavily detailed settings and pave-set bands are the usual examples, because the stones continue around the band and it cannot be cut and rejoined cleanly.

Each of our ready-to-ship pieces is made in a fixed size, and that size is stated on the listing. If the size you need is not the one in stock, tell us and we will either resize it where the design allows or make the piece to your size.

Shipping Costs

Postage to us is at your cost. We cover the return postage back to you, sent with tracking and a signature on delivery, as with every Divara order.

We strongly recommend sending the ring by a tracked and insured service.

Before Ordering

If you already know your size, tell us and we will confirm what is possible before anything is made or dispatched.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are approved by you before production begins and are made to the size you specify. Because each one is made specifically for you, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, though they remain covered for genuine defects.

Returns and your rights

Resized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but remain covered for genuine defects and by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing and workmanship faults.
